TRANSFORMASI KINERJA DOSEN DI ERA PASCA PANDEMI: PERAN VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP, VIRTUAL SKILL, DAN LITERASI DIGITAL
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh virtual leadership, virtual skill dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja dosen di era pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. Adapun metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling yakni sebannyak 100 orang dosen. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa virtual skill dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada era pasca pandemic. Ditemukan pula bahwa virtual leadership berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo Sulawesi Selatan, pasca pandemic.
The objective of this study is to examine the impact of virtual leadership, virtual skills, and digital literacy on lecturer performance in the post-pandemic era. This research adopts a quantitative approach, employing a questionnaire as the data collection method. The study's population consists of lecturers from tertiary institutions in Palopo City, South Sulawesi. The sampling technique utilized in this research is random sampling, involving a total of 100 lecturers. The analytical methodology employed for this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research reveal that both virtual skills and digital literacy exert a significant and positive influence on lecturer performance in the post-pandemic era. However, it is noteworthy that virtual leadership has been identified to have a non-significant positive effect on lecturer performance in tertiary institutions within Palopo City, South Sulawesi, post-pandemic
