DAMPAK PEKERJAAN SEBAGAI PANGGILAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pekerjaan yang dipandang sebagai panggilan (calling) terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 170 tenaga kesehatan pada RS Bhayangkara Setukpa Sukabumi, dan keseluruhan total kuesioner valid yang dapat digunakan berjumlah 114 kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan hasil bahwa kedua hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima dan menyatakan calling berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Implikasi manajerial yang bisa diterapkan khususnya untuk organisasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian diantaranya adalah untuk lebih menyadari dan mengetahui apabila setiap karyawan memiliki perbedaan dalam memaknai pekerjaan yang dijalankannya sehingga yang dapat dilakukan organisasi adalah dengan meningkatkan partisipasi, pemenuhan nilai, dan membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk setiap karyawan agar mereka dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang positif.
